説明

At the moment, the translation pieces are scattered over the project. We are working on bringing all of them together, but until that translation must be done in several files.

@rkassa please help with the translation.

調査方針
The issue lists files to translate: lib/translations.py, share/translations/am.txt, help: share/translations/help am.txt, v2 translation, and we lang translation. Check existing translation patterns in other language files (e.g., share/translations/hi.txt or similar) to understand the format. The main repository is wttr.in written in Go, but translation files are Python and text. There is no linked PR; the issue is old and unassigned.
