調査方針

The contributor should fork the repository and clone it locally. Then, they need to translate the following files: lib/translations.py (error messages), share/translations/ (weather condition names), and the header/help text in the main source code. They should check existing translations in other languages (e.g., share/translations/de for German) for format reference. Finally, they must open a pull request with the new Persian translation files.
