I've been maintaining a software for some time: gSpeech.
At the begining, It was a GUI over the TTS Pico. But, for somes reasons, I create a cli mode and a preprocess. The second is for improve input text of "pico".
I think, it would be better than if this preprocess is independ. Speech-dispatcher has any option to use a preprocess entry for a specific TTS ?
