説明
- The BAC algorithm must interface with and update a HUD bar above the Hunger Bar.
- This Blood Alcohol Content bar should start with 10 empty shot glasses
- For every one SAU the player consumes, or SAU wears off over time, we must be able to update the HUD bar accordingly.
- This entire system must be accessible via the mod's API to other mods that wish to use/interface with it.
