Set the timezone

Hey folks, in order to have the correct timestamp in the logs of the sealedsecrets controller container, I want to set the timezone for the container to "Europe/Berlin" (or something else). Setting the environment variable TZ="Europe/Berlin" has no effect. Setting the timezone with "tzselect" on the shell inside the container throws an error:

bash-4.4$ tzselect
/usr/bin/tzselect: line 180: /usr/share/zoneinfo/iso3166.tab: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/tzselect: time zone files are not set up correctly

I can't find anything in the docs. Is there a way to give the logs the correct timestamp? Thanks, Thomas
