説明

Please consider adding functionality to install a specific version/to update to a specific version of a plugin. Also please consider versioning/tagging plugins in their repos.

The recent changes in the nodejes plugin broke a lot of setups.

調査方針
Review the plugin management code in the asdf repository, particularly the `bin/` directory for installation scripts. Examine the discussion in issue #166 for user expectations on version syntax. Propose a design for adding a version argument to `asdf plugin add` and possibly a new command `asdf plugin update` to handle version specific installations.
