Describe the bug Logger messages are duplicated (I think it is not always, it may depend on the environment used, I haven't checked too thoroughly though). One example in cookbook
and another in refitting notebook
To Reproduce Run said notebooks.
Expected behavior Messages appear only once.
Additional context ArviZ 0.7.0
