Description

#14583 only bumps the dependency and regenerates, but doesn't take advantage of the new features. I think we are currently taking care of this with skeleton files in gradle/generation/jflex. Using the builtin functionality might be cleaner.

調査方針
Examine the skeleton files in gradle/generation/jflex and compare them with jflex 1.9.x's built in buffer size/expansion feature. Determine if the skeleton files can be replaced by native jflex functionality. Review PR #14583 to understand the current state. Propose a plan to migrate to the new feature, considering backward compatibility and testing.
