您好，我用tabs+swiper组建了一个可以左右滑动的页签， 在第一个页签下，swiper中放置了slider滑动输入条， 当我拖动slider去改变值时，同时会触发swiper的左右滑动事件， 请问可以怎么避免滑动事件的同时发生呢？我没有找到对应方法或接口修改🤦‍♂️
