Want details on License information on all Embedded/copied code in ui-Grid compoenent

Hi,

My Company want to use Angular UI Grid however we are required to enter credits of all copied and embedded code in the license infromation we are publishing while i can find most of the infromation for below mentioned some of the references from ui-grid.js i could not find the original publisher of code has MIT or other open source license published or i cant find the same hence th question

Line: 2301: refers oneBinders which is contribution or copy from //https://github.com/joshkurz/Black-Belt-AngularJS-Directives/blob/master/directives/Optimization/oneBind.js where can i find whether this copied or embdded source is licensed under MIT or other which open source license.

on line 34 refers to Code copied from http://www.lsauer.com/2011/08/javascript-keymap-keycodes-in-json.html I cant reach this page or can't identify if this copied code is under MIT or other open source license.

Can you please advise if there is consolidated license file wihch allows me to give credit to everyone who contributed and not miss out any as my company needs to ensure all contributor license information is included when publishing code which uses ui-grid. if i can't have all license infromation identified i have to drop using ui-grid or any other Angular component from my project and look for another one or build.

Appreciate your help, also if we have one which is for all angulat UI published Widgets that will help us as it would save lot of time for now we need to scan every line of code looking for any copied or embdded code references.
