I have observed one strange behavior in filters. The filters are not getting displayed sometimes POC: http://plnkr.co/edit/v6aRyz1ZGzAfNDPkNPLV?p=preview

NOTE: please refresh the page until you reproduce the scenario (Filters are not getting displayed) I have captured the screenshot image
