Cell Navigation not working Properly - Ui-grid

説明

While clicking "Add Row" button, it added a new row in the top of ui-grid with focus of first column. After pressing Tab button its not going to Next Column of same row instead its going to next row column.

The issue reports that pressing Tab after adding a new row in ui grid navigates to the next row instead of the next column. Investigate if this behavior persists in the current version and examine the grid's focus and navigation logic in the source code.
