For both one and two way partial dependence plots, the subplots have inconsistent axis labeling. e.g. the x-axis labels are present for all three subplots but the y-axis labels are only present on the top-left subplot.
This should be fixed to either be:
- All subplots have both labels.
- The y-axis labels are present for the left subplots and the x-axis labels are present for the bottom subplots.
I suggest option 2 with a bit of experimentation to tighten up the white space in between the subplots.
