説明

If I use the native EventSource, I can see messages coming through with the type and data listed, however if I use eventsource-polyfill, I don't see this information.

Investigate the polyfill's event stream parsing logic, particularly how it handles the `Content Type` header and event formatting. Compare with native EventSource behavior in Chrome's Network tab. Look for any differences in how the polyfill constructs the event data that might prevent Chrome's DevTools from recognizing it as an event stream.
