説明
Anyone with the right permissions can add a source, so it would be very useful to know if a source is newly created or well-established. No need for it to be visible in the API, and should not be changeable in the admin once set.
Migration-path: set the default to now() and editable to False, we shouldn't even need a data migration, just a schema migration.
