"Unsubscribe" link should make it easy to cancel a paid subscription, too

Issue Summary

When a member receives a newsletter, it always includes the Unsubscribe link. That link goes to:

This is perfect for free newsletters. However, with paid, things get more complicated.

While the grey text at the bottom gives a hint that this won't cancel a paid subscription, it's grey, indicating lesser importance, and there's no direct link to actually cancel a paid subscription.

Given the new FTC rules for US-based newsletters, it's maybe worth thinking about whether the mechanism for cancellation is as 'simple' as it could be.

Suggestion: Either the unsubscribe link should open the account page for paid members, or else the newsletter page should include a link to the account management part of portal, i.e. this:
