説明

For any config changes, currently we have to re-load the application. It would be good to implementation a filewatcher mecanism to catch those changes and reload automatically, i can help with that(If in line with our roadmap).

Investigate the current configuration loading mechanism in SuperAGI (likely in a config.py or similar). Implement a filewatcher using the watchdog library to monitor config.yaml changes. Ensure that on file modification, the application reloads the configuration without restarting. Consider thread safety and performance implications.
