[ADD PROJECT ] : New Project addition by adityalad-25

Describe the bug There is currently an issue with adding a new project called "Portfolio Website Course" to the repository's project section.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the repository.
2. Click on the "Projects" tab.
3. Scroll down to the project section.
4. Attempt to add a new project titled "Portfolio Website Course."

Expected behavior I expect to be able to successfully add a new project called "Portfolio Website Course" to the project section of the repository.
