GitHub Workflow: Stop tests running 2 times on PR's on each Repository

Issue

• Every Repository has a workflow in which every time we make a PR / make changes in PR it runs 2 tests.

How to verify if these checks are working;

• Create a GitHub repo with the workflow (You can also fork a repo from Real Dev Squad)
• Make a pull request on it
• Now make some changes and update the branch
• Check if the tests run again
