Adding Robotic Limbs brands to Limb Reconfiguring surgery

Issue Description: A lot of brand alts are not in the reconfigure limb option for surgery. This makes losing an IPC limb such as your head completely mess up your characters appearance for the rest of the shift.

An example, for my character, is that I use the Ward Takeshi alt head. This head cannot be reproduced at all in shift.

What did you expect to happen:

When you reconfigure the limb via surgery, you can select "Ward Takeshi Alt" for the head

What happened instead: Only regular Ward Takeshi head is selectable, which is a different type.,

Why is this bad/What are the consequences: Many IPC's will forego playing right after being revived to grab their head/limb if they die and lost it, as its part of their whole characters design, lore, etc. Making this option work would ensure that IPCs can get right back into the action rather than detouring to restore their appearance to what they want it to be.

Steps to reproduce the problem: Do surgery on IPC head, reconfigure limb, see there is no Ward Takeshi Alt. for the head.

When did the problem start happening: Its a missing feature.

Extra information: Theres likely other IPC heads not available as well.
