Add a Resources Page for Open Source Beginners

Add a new “Resources” page to the website. This page will include curated resources to help beginners kickstart their open-source journey.

The resources will be categorized into sections such as Getting Started and Tools. Refer to Resources

1. Getting Started

• What is Open Source?
• Git and GitHub for Beginners
• First Contributions Guide

2. Tools

• VS Code
• GitHub Desktop
• Postman

💡 Additional Notes:

• This page can be linked in the navigation bar for easy access.
• We can later expand it with more resources and guides.

✅ Acceptance Criteria:

• A new Resources page is created.
• Sections are clearly organized with links.
• Navigation bar updated to include Resources.
• Page matches the website’s UI design.
