[Wiki Porting] Board Structure and Usage Standards

What is the standard you are suggesting? A set of standards for how project boards work in Azure Devops, such as the Feature Board and the Story Board

What would be the benefit to Ofqual of adopting this standard? Improve speed of onboarding and offboarding between squads; harmonising communication and understanding between squads

How might people follow it Ensuring that movement across boards follows the requirements set out for each board; ensuring new boards are created using the structure specified in the standard
