Repro Steps & Context

  1. Have a single vulnerable package in your package graph
  2. Open PM UI on the project
  3. Hover over the ⚠️ in the Installed tab heading

It says "1 vulnerable package versions installed" when "1 vulnerable package version installed" would be more proper.
