[FEATURE][Dependencies] No more support for Heimdall

Heimdall has not received proper maintenance for some time now, and the packages in the repositories are outdated.

Describe the solution you would like to see implemented

Heimdall will be removed from all package dependencies, dependencies, and build processes. Additionally, the source code for Heimdall will no longer be made available and will no longer be maintained.
