MudDataGrid is empty /not empty doesn't indicate active filter

What happened?

Filter dataGrid with is empty/is not empty date, number, string or whatever. Filter icon doesn't change to filled.

Expected behavior

Filter icon should be filled as in other filters.

1. select is empty filter/not empty
2. see no filter icon change
3. select other filter
4. see filter icon change
