Add a section to the README discussing some settings to adjust when going into production and scaling out.

Some settings to consider:

  • debug
  • memory_size
  • cache_cluster_enabled
  • cache_cluster_size
  • log_level
  • timeout_seconds

Anyone have other settings we should discuss?
