Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

Version: 1.98.1 (user setup) Commit: 2fc07b811f760549dab9be9d2bedd06c51dfcb9a

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Lets have git repo with staged changes and other changes
  2. When they both appear below Commit button its not obvious what will be committed: staged changes or other changes, even if hover mouse cursor over button title will say changes.

Will it be more informative if button's text will change to Commit Staged and title too?
