Add a way to play via discord

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Interactive discords are a thing. Discord is a lot more open and an easier platform, I think, for people to be on compared to Facebook or a random forum. Let's add full Discord support.

Describe the solution you'd like Posts created on a configured Discord Channel should be created for the target game, allowing people to play the game simply by posting to Discord.

Additional context We used to do this with Reddit. I believe this would require a new source of type: "discord" added to the API to support this.
