Newer versions of JetBrainsMono need publishing to Chocolatey.

JetBrainsMono is manually published to Chocolatey (current version on Chocolatey is 1.0.5); It would be good to have releases automatically published to Chocolatey using CI/CD (GitHub Actions?).

@Cirzen has done a good thing with adding JB-Mono to Chocolatey (#93) -- thanks.
