Add contributors name and avatars in readme file

Overview

The current README.md file does not display the list of contributors who have helped build this project.
To acknowledge community members and encourage more contributions, we should add a Contributors section at the end of the README showing each contributor’s GitHub avatar and profile link.

What Needs to Be Done

• Add a “Contributors” section at the bottom of the README.md.
• Display each contributor’s GitHub avatar and username.
• Each avatar should link directly to the contributor’s GitHub profile.
• Ensure the layout is clean, visually appealing, and responsive in GitHub’s markdown view.
