First, examine the existing beautifiers in the atom beautify codebase, such as the CSSComb provider, to understand the provider interface. Then, research PostCSS Sorting's API and how it can be called programmatically. Implement a new provider that uses PostCSS Sorting similarly. Note that the repository is migrating to Unibeautify, so consider whether the feature should be contributed there instead.
