The coin cache implementation includes a lot of scattered feature flags. @segfault-magnet made a great suggestion on how to improve on that here:

Read the suggestion in PR #1105 review (https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuels rs/pull/1105#pullrequestreview 1704233161) to understand the desired improvement. Then locate all feature flag usages in the coin cache module (likely in `crates/fuels */src/coin cache.rs` or similar). Design a refactoring approach (e.g., using a configuration struct or builder pattern) and implement it. Ensure tests pass.
