PartDesign: Support for Constant Pitch Series in PartDesign hole

Problem description

Currently the hole tool only supports ISO and UTS thread types.

I suggest the addition of the Constant Pitch Series thread dimensions. https://www.efunda.com/designStandards/screws/screwcon.cfm
