BUG: "Manage app execution aliases" setting not visible

• I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.

• I am using the latest version of Flow Launcher.

Problem Description

These options from Windows setting namely - "Manage app execution aliases" are not searchable/visible in Flow Launcher

To Reproduce

Just search for the said setting in Flow launcher

PS / I have changed the Plugin - Windows Settings's action keyworsd to *. Also other Windows settings are apparently visible so it's only a case of this one being missing
