Local folders show no Subscription counter when set to number of downloaded episodes

Steps to reproduce

1. Settings > User interface > Set subscription counter
2. Choose "Number of downloaded episodes" (or "Number of downloaded and unplayed episodes")
3. Add a podcast of "Local folder" type, pointing to a folder with several already-downloaded audio files
4. Open the Subscriptions view

Expected behaviour

The counter for the podcast should show the number of episodes (audio files) within the folder.

Current behaviour

The counter is blank/not present (i.e. AntennaPod "thinks" there are zero downloaded episodes).

Things are even worse if you also enable a Subscription filter of "Counter greater than zero", as that will hide the local folder podcast from the list.

I realise that AntennaPod itself didn't download these audio files, which is possibly why this happens, but still, I would expect it to count them as downloaded. Thanks!
