A completely new feature

Describe the enhancement

The ability to call a webhook with a JSON payload upon server shutdown or start up. This would be useful for a status message in something like Discord.

Research direction
To implement this feature, examine the Dockerfile and entrypoint scripts in the repository, particularly the start and stop sequences. Add new environment variables (e.g., WEBHOOK URL) and modify the scripts to send a curl POST request with a JSON payload at startup and shutdown. Test the changes locally with a Docker container. Ensure the webhook is only called when the variable is set.
