整数部分：25 转换为二进制是 11001（正确）
小数部分：0.125 转换为二进制是 0.001（正确）
合并结果：11001.001
科学计数法：小数点左移4位，应为 $1.1001001 \times 2^4$

错误点：
文档中目前展示的结果似乎漏掉了小数点后的第一个 1，写成了 $1.001001$。
因此，尾数部分的存储位也少了一位，导致图中对应的第19位应修改为 1。
