Description

We should show the current ysql operation lease status of all tservers in the cluster in the tablet servers page served by the master leader.

Investigate the existing tablet servers HTML status page in the master server code (likely in src/yb/master/). Identify where other lease or operation statuses are displayed. The YSQL operation lease information can be fetched from the tserver's lease manager (e.g., YsqlOperationLease). Add a new column or section to the HTML page to display the lease status for each tserver. Ensure the data is propagated from tserver to master leader via heartbeats or RPC. Refer to similar implementations for other status fields.
