[Bug] {StaticResource MyBackgroundColor} format BackgroundColor property doesn't work with Shell in Android

Description

I set {StaticResource MyBackgroundColor} to BackgroundColor property of Shell. But it not applied navigation bar and bottom tabbar in Android. Green (or Red etc) does work fine.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Xamarin.Forms Shell project
  2. Write a color resource to App.xaml
  3. Add the color resource to BackgroundColor property of Shell in AppShell.xaml

Expected Behavior

{StaticResource MyBackgroundColor} is applied to navigation bar and bottom tabbar.

Actual Behavior

Color of navigation bar and bottom tabbar is not changed with {StaticResource MyBackgroundColor}.

Basic Information

  • Version with issue: Xamarin.Forms 4.1.0.618606, Android emulator API 28
  • IDE: Visual Studio 2019 16.2.0 Windows 10
  • Platform Target Frameworks:
    • Android: API 28
  • Android Support Library Version: Default (v4 and v7)
