[Bug][iOS] CheckBox accessibility: no tab selection

Description

On iOS, the CheckBox isn't tab selectable while a similar control like a Switch is. On Android, the CheckBox is tab selectable.

I know this is most likely related to the fact that there isn't a true CheckBox view on iOS, but I'm still logging this as an issue because IsTapStop is still set to true by default for this control on iOS.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run the attached sample.
  2. Use the TAB key to move through the controls.

Expected Behavior

On iOS, the tab order is Entry, CheckBox, Entry.

Actual Behavior

On iOS, the tab order is Entry, Entry.
