Description

When setting bottom tabs background color we should get a nice drop shadow on Android.... This works today with TabbedPage see:

However, it doesnt' work with Shell from my findings: image

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create shell on android with bottom tabs and background color

Expected Behavior

Drop shadow displays

Actual Behavior

No drop shadow
