Describe the bug After downloading a Windows distribution of the score-k8s application, I was unable to execute it. I get "access denied" errors.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://github.com/score-spec/score-k8s/releases.
  2. Download score-k8s_0.6.1_windows_amd64.zip and unzip.
  3. Attempt to execute score-k8s.exe. a. Double-clicking in Windows Explorer. b. Opening a command prompt and invoking the exe directly.

Expected behavior For the application to execute.
