Just like https://github.com/reactjs/react-codemod/blob/master/transforms/manual-bind-to-arrow.js file has comment on top to show what will be the impact of transformation by before and after codes, can we please update other JS files with comments to show before and after codeblocks?

Look at the example in https://github.com/reactjs/react codemod/blob/master/transforms/manual bind to arrow.js which has before/after code comments. The issue requests similar comments be added to other transform files in the same repository. Check the linked file and other transform files to understand the existing pattern, then add appropriate before/after examples.
