Before I tell you about my issue, let me describe my environment:

Environment

  • Python Version: $ python --version Python 3.5.4 :: Anaconda, Inc.

As suggested in #2083

conda create -n py35 python=3.5 source activate py35 conda install -c quantopian/label/ci -c quantopian zipline
