Descrizione

Problem

Currently, the submission page displays a success message even when the submission actually fails. This creates confusion for users, who may think their submission was successful when it actually wasn't.

Success

The submission page should not show a success message when the submission fails.

Requirements

  • When the submission fails, no success message will be shown. Instead, an error message should appear.
  • This has been manually tested and the PR provides screen shots and evidence.

Testing notes

  • Try testing without the backend running.
