[BUG]: When opening the exploration editor, the lesson creator is taken to the feedback tab rather then going to editor mode

Describe the bug
while opening exploration user should go to editor mode

Steps To Reproduce
go to test sever go to creator dashboard open any exploration you created check screen user will go directly to feedback
Expected Behavior
The user should go to editor screen. If there is exploration feedback, redirect to the editor tab instead and have a dialog pop up that lets the user know that there is feedback to address.
