Description

Currently opening a photo overlay adds a window to the corner in the editor, with some information and the arrow keys. However screen space is rather limited, ideally it would allow opening the viewer in an entirely new browser window, so we could move it to another monitor. JOSM does this but I'm not sure if there would be limitations with a browser.
