If the version you need is missing, try upgrading ruby-build:
cd /home/alex/.rbenv/plugins/ruby-build && git pull && cd -
The output of The Fuck with THEFUCK_DEBUG=true exported (typically execute export THEFUCK_DEBUG=true in your shell before The Fuck):
No fucks given
(I think, debug is not necessary)
Expected fuck:
cd /home/alex/.rbenv/plugins/ruby-build && git pull && cd -
(as suggested in the rbenv output)
