Describe the solution you'd like While battling add random Team Rocket Battle encounters with music and battle option. It should not be mandatory and only if the user accepts

Additional context Add a prompt about team rocket and if the user presses yes, change the music (can be found from the mentioned resources on README.md file) and start the battle against team-rocket pokemon (Meowth, Akans, Weezing, etc.)
