Examine the current codebase to identify all functions with the prefix 'has ' in the public API. Look at the existing SDK documentation and the Milvus API migration guide to understand the required new naming convention. Check the comments in issue #70 for any additional context. Once identified, rename each function to the corresponding 'describe ' version, ensuring backward compatibility or deprecation warnings as needed.
